Wegovy is a once-weekly injection of Semaglutide - the same powerful drug in Ozempic and Rybelsus. It works by suppressing appetite which leads people to eat less and lose weight. In clinical trials, Wegovy showed weight loss of 15-20% in many people.

Is it approved by the MHRA?

Yes, Wegovy has been approved for weight loss by the UK medicines regulator (the MHRA). It is also approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and European Medicines Agency for weight management.

How often would I take it?

Wegovy is a weekly painless injection that comes in the form of a pen.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes. Wegovy is a prescription drug which must be prescribed by a fully-qualified doctor and administered as part of a weight management programme. We ask you to complete an online medical questionnaire and to help us to verify your identification - so we know we are only prescribing Wegoy to people for whom it is safe. Our doctor will also determine if this is the right medication for your medical circumstances.

All requests to purchase Wegovy are fully reviewed by a CheqUp doctor who retains medical oversight throughout the treatment.

Which doses do you offer?
