  • Oral Administration: Rybelsus is a once-daily tablet taken on an empty stomach for people with type 2 diabetes.
     
  • Timing is key: Take at least 30 minutes before your first food, drink, or other medications of the day.
     
  • Swallowing: Take the tablet whole with a small sip of plain water.

Mounjaro (Tirzepatide Injection)

  • Similar to Wegovy: Discuss medication options and suitability with your doctor if you're pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
     
  • Dosage Differences: Some medications may affect the efficacy of oral contraceptives. Your doctor will advise on alternative methods if needed.
