Existing customer pricing FAQs 2026
Why are prices going up?
We’ve worked hard to keep our pricing steady for as long as possible. This update reflects our continued investment in our clinical team and patient support, and helps us maintain the same standard of care over the long term. The most important thing for existing customers: nothing changes for you. As long as your account stays active or paused, your current pricing is locked in.
Who does the new pricing apply to?
The new pricing applies to all new customers, including anyone who previously held a CheqUp account and chose to cancel.
What happens to my price if I’m an existing customer?
Your pricing stays exactly the same. The only exception is if you cancel your account and later choose to rejoin. At that point, the new pricing applies. If you need to come off your medication for a short period, we’d always recommend pausing rather than cancelling, so your existing pricing is protected.
If I cancel and rejoin, do I get my old price back?
No. Once you cancel, your existing pricing is no longer available, and you’ll move onto the new pricing if you rejoin. As long as you stay active or paused, your price stays exactly the same.
If I’m paused, how long can I stay paused and keep my current price?
Indefinitely. As long as your account remains paused, your pricing won’t change.
What are the new 3 month and 6 month plans?
They’re new options for people who’d like to commit to a longer block of treatment and benefit from the reduced price. All plans include the full CheqUp programme, the same clinical oversight, dedicated coach and structured support that everyone gets. They’re not a different version of the service; they’re a different way to pay for it.
Could one of the new plans be cheaper for me?
For most doses, no, your current monthly price is still the best value for you. For a few higher doses, a 3 month or 6 month plan may work out cheaper. If you’re curious whether your dose is one of them, you can check your account at renewal stage.
What if I want to switch onto a 3 month or 6 month plan?
You’re welcome to join one of our plans. A few things to be aware of before you decide:
- Joining a 3 month or 6 month plan is a commitment to the full length of the plan.
- If you end the plan early, there is a £50 handling fee.
- If you pause for more than 60 days while on one of these plans, that’s treated as ending the plan early and the same £50 handling fee applies.
These rules are specific to the new plans. They don’t apply to your current arrangement.
I’m happy where I am, do I need to do anything?
Not a thing. Your plan, price and care continue exactly as they are.
