Referral programme FAQs
How many referral credits can I use against my next order?
One referral credit can be applied to your next order giving you £50 off the total cost. Referral credits will need to be manually applied and will remain in your credit balance until they have been used, meaning if you have several you can apply one at each future order.
What costs can I use my referral credits against?
Referral credits can only be applied to your monthly subscription cost.
Can I use a referral credit and another discount together?
No, you can’t combine different discounts. Referral credits, promotional offers and other discounts can only be used one at a time. If there is an occasion where more than one discount is automatically added to your order, the higher value one will be applied.

Two referrals per month
Referral by Invite Only
The first purchase discount is only applicable to customers who have received a referral invite from a friend. The friend’s email address used in their order must match the one provided to us in the original referral. (We don’t use referral codes – if your friend enters the same email address as used in the referral then the discount will automatically be applied to their first order).
Discount Validity
The first purchase discount is valid for 60 days from the date the referral invite is sent.
Referral Notifications
The friend who referred you will be notified when you make a purchase, allowing them to track their eligible rewards.
Credit Allocation
Once your first order is approved and dispatched, you’ll see the referral credit in your CheqUp Rewards dashboard.
Referral credits are applied in £50 increments.
Which reward you receive
If your CheqUp subscription is cancelled or paused, the Gift card referral reward terms below apply to referrals you make, instead of the £50 account credit described above. If your subscription is active, you earn account credit under the terms above.
Matching Emails
The email address used in the new customer’s order must match the email address provided by your friend to qualify for the referral discount.
Order Eligibility
Orders that are cancelled and then re-ordered with a referral discount will not qualify for the discount.
Non-Transferable Credits
Referral credits cannot be transferred to another customer.
No Cash Alternative
There is no cash alternative, even if we terminate the scheme.
Programme Misuse
If we believe the Rewards Programme is being misused or abused in any way, we reserve the right to suspend or end your participation.
Programme Changes
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the referral scheme (in part or entirely), change these terms, or alter the operation of the referral scheme, including varying or ending promotions at any time.
Notification of Changes
If we terminate the referral scheme or make changes, we will take reasonable steps to inform you of such changes.
Gift card referral reward
(cancelled and paused Members)
(a) Who can take part. The gift card referral reward is available to CheqUp Members whose subscription is cancelled or paused. Members with an active subscription earn account credit under the terms above instead. The friend you refer must be a new CheqUp Member placing their first order, and must meet our usual clinical and eligibility requirements. Whether you qualify for the gift card reward or for account credit is determined by your subscription status on the date you make the referral, and does not change afterwards if your subscription status changes.
(b) What you receive. You will receive one £25 Amazon.co.uk gift card for each successful referral. A referral is successful when your friend’s first order has been dispatched. You can make up to two referrals per calendar month. If you made referrals under the account credit programme before your subscription was cancelled or paused, those referrals remain governed by the terms that applied when you made them, and any credit you have already earned remains available to redeem in your account against a future eligible order.
(c) What your friend receives. Your friend receives the standard first purchase discount on the same terms as the account credit programme, valid for 60 days from the date the referral invite is sent.
(d) Expiry. A referral expires if your friend has not placed their first order within 60 days of the invite being sent. Expired referrals do not earn a reward.
(e) Value. The gift card value is the value displayed to you at the time you made the referral. That value is recorded against your referral and is not affected by any later change to the value offered for new referrals.
(f) How to get your gift card. When a referral is successful, your reward appears in the referrals section of your CheqUp account. To receive it, sign in and select Redeem. We will then email your gift card to the email address on your CheqUp account, normally within three working days of you redeeming. The gift card email is sent by Amazon on behalf of CheqUp. You have twelve months from the date your reward becomes available to redeem it. Rewards not redeemed within twelve months expire.
(g) Once you have it. Once delivered, your gift card is subject to Amazon’s own gift card terms. There is no cash alternative, gift cards cannot be exchanged for account credit, and rewards cannot be transferred to another Member.
(h) Misuse. Self-referrals, referrals of accounts you control, and any pattern of misuse or abuse void the reward. We may withhold a reward while we review activity we reasonably believe breaches these terms, and we may suspend or end your participation in the gift card referral reward and in the standard programme.
(i) Closing date. The gift card referral reward is a trial. The last date on which you can make a referral under it is 30 November 2026. Referrals made on or before that date keep the full 60 day validity period described in clause (d), even where that period ends after the closing date.
(j) If we change or withdraw the reward. We may amend, suspend or withdraw the gift card referral reward before the closing date. If we do, any referral you made before the change takes effect will be honoured on the terms that applied when you made it, as long as your friend places their first order within the validity period that applied at the time. Where we make changes, we will take reasonable steps to inform you.
(k) Future promotions. We may run similar promotions in future. Those may offer a different reward, a different value or a different provider, and taking part in this trial does not entitle you to take part in any future promotion.
(l) Sharing your invite. Referral invites are for sharing privately with people you know personally, by email, message or in conversation. Please do not post your invite, or any content promoting CheqUp or your treatment, publicly on social media or on any public website, forum or group. Rewards earned from publicly posted invites may be withheld, and we may end your participation.
(m) Tax. Any tax liability arising from a reward is your responsibility. At the value offered we do not expect any liability to arise.
(n) Your friend’s details. By entering your friend’s email address you confirm you have their permission to give it to us. We will use it only to send the invite and to match their first order to your referral, in line with our Privacy Policy.
