The price of CheqUp depends on the medication and dose selected for you. If your clinician recommends a change, you will be shown the options and pricing and you choose what to do next. You will only ever be charged for the plan you approve.

Your price includes clinician assessment, a private prescription if eligible, your medication, and ongoing support. This includes regular, confidential check ins to monitor progress and any side effects, access to your personal Health Coach, and access to the WW app.

CheqUp is a monthly rolling programme with no long term contract. Each month you will be shown your plan and pricing in advance, and you only pay if you choose to continue. You can pause or cancel at any time before your next billing date.

No. There are no consultation fees, prescription fees, or additional charges beyond the price shown at checkout.

No. We do not offer introductory discounts. We believe in transparent pricing, so the price you see is the price you pay, with no bait and switch or surprise increases later.

Yes. You can refer a friend through your account by sharing your referral link or entering their email. If they join and their first order is approved and dispatched, you will receive £50 credit, and they will get £50 off their first order.

If a clinician determines that treatment is not suitable for you, you will not be charged and we may suggest alternative options where appropriate.

You must begin with the lowest dose if you haven’t been on the medication within the last 60 days or your current prescription is dated longer than 60 days ago.

If you are changing suppliers and had your last dose within 60 days, you would need to upload a proof of dose in the form of a prescription, invoice or an order summary of your last dose. Proof of dose must include your full name, name of the medication and the dose, dated within the last 60 days. This means if you wish to, you can continue with CheqUp on a higher dose than the starting dose.

Anyone new to the medication is required to start at the lowest dose, as it helps your body adapt to the medication and reduces the risk of side effects. The medication is designed to increase gradually every month, allowing you to monitor your progress, make sure it is effective and you are tolerating it well.

Possibly. You may find medication for a little less elsewhere, but CheqUp is more than just medication. Your plan includes unlimited clinician oversight, check ins to monitor side effects and progress, and discreet 1:1 Health Coach support whenever you want. Yes. All medication is delivered in plain, unbranded packaging. Your conversations with clinicians and Health Coaches are also completely private.

No. You can use as much or as little support as you like. That said, members who use the free support services lose 35% more weight on average. Many people see them as a reassuring extra, there when you need them, but never something you are required to use.

You can message your Health Coach at any time through your online account, or book phone or video calls if you prefer. You choose how and when you want to get support.

We’ll only move forward with your next cycle after this step, and we’ll never send anything without your approval. You’re free to pause or cancel at any time before your renewal date.
