September Payday Returnee Offer

These terms and conditions (‘Terms’) apply to the September Payday Returnee Offer (‘the Offer’) run by CheqUp Health Limited (‘CheqUp’, ‘we’, ‘us’). By taking part in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1  This offer is open to a select group of former CheqUp members who placed 3 or more orders, with a last order of 180 days or more ago and cancelled their membership

1.2  For the purposes of clause 1.1, a member’s last order is measured as 180 days or more before this offer opens on 14 September 2026.

1.3  Eligible members must also have received a qualifying invitation email from CheqUp.

1.4  Participants must be 18 or over and resident in the UK.

1.5  This offer is personal to the named recipient of the qualifying email and cannot be transferred, sold or passed on to anyone else.

1.6  Employees of CheqUp Health Limited are not eligible to take part.

1.7  CheqUp may withdraw or refuse this offer to anyone reasonably suspected of abusing this promotion or any other CheqUp loyalty offer.

2. How to qualify

2.1  To receive the incentive, eligible members must rejoin CheqUp and purchase a new 3-month or 6-month plan. Full terms of our commitment plans can be found here.

2.2  The qualifying purchase must be made using the email address linked to the member’s original CheqUp account.

2.3  One-month plans/rolling monthly plans do not qualify for this offer.

2.4  Each eligible member may claim the incentive once only, even if they receive more than one qualifying email.

2.5  The qualifying order must be dispatched for the incentive to apply. If the order is not dispatched (for example, because a clinical review finds the member unsuitable for medication) the incentive will not be awarded, even if payment was taken before the deadline.

3. Key dates

3.1  This offer opens on Monday 14 September 2026.

3.2  Eligible members must place and pay for a qualifying 3-month or 6-month plan by 23:59 (BST) on Wednesday 30 September 2026. Orders placed after this time will not qualify.

3.3  This deadline applies to order placement and payment only. Clinical review and dispatch of the qualifying order may take place after this date, though the order must still be dispatched for the member to qualify (see clause 2.5).

4. The offer

4.1  Members who qualify under these terms will receive a £50 discount off the medication cost of their next eligible order with CheqUp, placed after their qualifying return purchase. This discount does not apply to the qualifying order itself or to the member’s first order back with CheqUp: it applies to the order that follows it.

4.2  The discount applies to the cost of medication only and does not cover postage.

4.3  The discount cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.

5. Redemption

5.1  Once a qualifying purchase has been completed, CheqUp will email the member to confirm they have qualified for the offer and explain the next steps.

5.2  The £50 discount is applied automatically to the member’s next eligible order after their qualifying return purchase. No promo code is needed.

5.3  The discount cannot be used alongside any other offer, discount or promotion.

6. Data protection

6.1  Any personal data collected as part of this offer will be handled in line with CheqUp’s Privacy Policy, available at chequp.com/privacy-policy.

7. General

7.1  CheqUp may remove any participant it believes has broken these terms or acted dishonestly.

7.2  The incentive must be accepted as offered and cannot be transferred to another person.

7.3  CheqUp reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

7.4  These terms are governed by English law. Participants may bring proceedings in the English courts. Members resident in Scotland may bring proceedings in the Scottish or English courts. Members resident in Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in the Northern Irish or English courts.
