The price of CheqUp depends on the treatment and dose selected for you. If your clinician recommends a change, you will be shown the options and pricing and you choose what to do next. You will only ever be charged for the plan you approve.

Your price includes clinician assessment, a private prescription if eligible, your treatment, and ongoing support. This includes regular, confidential check ins to monitor progress and any side effects, access to your personal Health Coach, and access to the WW app.

CheqUp is a monthly rolling programme with no long term contract. Each month you will be shown your plan and pricing in advance, and you only pay if you choose to continue. You can pause or cancel at any time before your next billing date.

No. There are no consultation fees, prescription fees, or additional charges beyond the price shown at checkout.

No. We do not offer introductory discounts. We believe in transparent pricing, so the price you see is the price you pay, with no bait and switch or surprise increases later.

Yes. You can refer a friend through your account by sharing your referral link or entering their email. If they join and their first order is approved and dispatched, you will receive £50 credit, and they will get £50 off their first order.

If a clinician determines that treatment is not suitable for you, you will not be charged and we may suggest alternative options where appropriate.

You must begin with the lowest dose if you haven’t been on treatment within the last 60 days or your current prescription is dated longer than 60 days ago.

If you are changing suppliers and had your last dose within 60 days, you would need to upload a proof of dose in the form of a prescription, invoice or an order summary of your last dose. Proof of dose must include your full name, name of the treatment and the dose, dated within the last 60 days. This means if you wish to, you can continue with CheqUp on a higher dose than the starting dose.

Anyone new to treatment is required to start at the lowest dose, as it helps your body adapt and reduces the risk of side effects. The treatment is designed to increase gradually every month, allowing you to monitor your progress, make sure it is effective and you are tolerating it well.

Possibly. You may find treatment for a little less elsewhere, but CheqUp is more than just a prescription. Your plan includes unlimited clinician oversight, check ins to monitor side effects and progress, and discreet 1:1 Health Coach support whenever you want. What’s more, members who use the free support services lose 35% more weight on average.

You start with an online health assessment and choose a treatment option. A clinician reviews your answers and, if suitable, prescribes and arranges discreet delivery. While you are on the programme, you can book Health Coach calls and request clinician check ins at any time for support with progress, questions, or side effects. Each month you will be shown your next step and pricing in advance, and you choose whether to continue, pause, or stop.

Yes. All treatment is delivered in plain, unbranded packaging. Your conversations with clinicians and Health Coaches are also completely private.

No. You can use as much or as little support as you like. That said, members who use the free support services lose 35% more weight on average. Many people see them as a reassuring extra, there when you need them, but never something you are required to use.

You can message your Health Coach at any time through your online account, or book phone or video calls if you prefer. You choose how and when you want to get support.

There is no fixed end date. You can continue for as long as the treatment remains appropriate and beneficial. Many members lose up to 21% of their body weight while on the programme, depending on their treatment and how they use the support available. Individual results vary.

Everyone’s journey is different. Some people experience noticeable changes over time when combining our programme with healthy lifestyle choices, such as improved diet and increased physical activity. Your progress depends on many factors, including your starting point, individual health profile, and how consistently you follow the plan. Our clinical team will monitor your journey and provide support throughout.

Every four weeks, you’ll complete a short review so our clinical team can check in on your progress and ensure your plan remains suitable. We’ll only move forward with your next cycle after this step, and we’ll never send anything without your approval. You’re free to pause or cancel at any time before your renewal date.

Yes. You are free to leave at any point with no penalties.

For many people, weight management is ongoing. Your clinician will regularly review whether continued treatment is appropriate for you, and you can pause or stop at any time if you decide the programme is not right for you.

If you miss a dose, do not panic. Message your clinician through your account and they will tell you the safest way to get back on track based on your treatment and when you last took it. In most cases you will either take it as soon as it is appropriate or skip it and take your next dose on your usual day.

Yes, switching between treatments is possible under clinical supervision. Our team manages the transition to ensure it’s appropriate for your health profile. However, you must only follow one weight loss treatment plan at a time.
