£20 E-Gift Card Offer

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

a. Invitation only. This offer is not open to the general public or to all paused or cancelled customers. It is available exclusively to a selected group of existing CheqUp customers who have been contacted directly by CheqUp by email with details of this offer (the “Offer Email”).

b. To qualify, the customer must be the named recipient of the Offer Email and must reactivate their subscription using the same email address and CheqUp account to which the Offer Email was sent, before the offer deadline set out in section 3.

c. Customers who reactivate during the offer period but who have not received an Offer Email from CheqUp are not eligible for the £20 e-gift card, regardless of any other circumstances. The Offer Email is non-transferable and may not be forwarded, shared or redeemed by anyone other than the named recipient.

d. he £20 e-gift card will only be issued once the customer has successfully reactivated their subscription, paid for their order in full and passed the point at which they would be entitled to a refund for their medication under CheqUp’s standard refund policy (i.e. once their order has been clinically approved and has been shipped).

e. Only customers aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom are eligible.

f. CheqUp Health Limited staff members are not eligible.

g. CheqUp Health Limited reserves the right to disqualify any customer it reasonably believes is attempting to abuse this offer or who has previously abused any other loyalty, referral or discount scheme operated by CheqUp.

h. A maximum of one £20 e-gift card may be issued per customer and per CheqUp account.

2. How to Claim

a. Selected customers will receive the Offer Email directly from CheqUp, inviting them to reactivate their subscription and setting out the details of this offer.

b. Customers must reactivate using the same email address and CheqUp account to which the Offer Email was sent.

c. No code or voucher needs to be entered at the point of reactivation; eligibility is determined automatically by CheqUp based on receipt of the Offer Email and the customer’s account and order status.

d. If a customer cancels or requests a refund for their reactivated order before it has been shipped, no e-gift card will be issued.

3. Offer Dates

a. To qualify, customers must reactivate their subscription before 23:59 (UK time) on Friday 8 May 2026 (the “Offer Deadline”).

b. Reactivations completed after the Offer Deadline will not qualify for the £20 e-gift card, even if otherwise eligible.

c. The £20 e-gift card will be issued by email within 7 days of the qualifying order being shipped.

4. The e-gift Card

a. The e-gift card has a value of £20 and is delivered as a unique code by email to the email address associated with the qualifying customer’s CheqUp account.

b. Eligible products: the e-gift card may only be redeemed against supplements and additional needles purchased through CheqUp. It cannot be used against medication, delivery charges or any other CheqUp product or service.

c. Single use only: the e-gift card code may only be redeemed once, in a single transaction. Once used, the code will be deactivated and will no longer work, even if the full £20 has not been spent in that transaction. Any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be applied to a later order, recovered, refunded or reissued. Customers are therefore advised to ensure their basket totals at least £20 of eligible items before applying the code.

d. No combining offers: the e-gift card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount code or loyalty reward.

e. Non-transferable: the e-gift card is issued to a named CheqUp account, is non-transferable and may not be sold, e-gifted or exchanged.

f. No cash value: the e-gift card has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable.

g. Expiry: the e-gift card must be redeemed within 90 days of the date of issue. Any e-gift card not redeemed within this period will expire and become invalid, with no replacement issued.

h. If the qualifying subscription, or the order against which the e-gift card was issued, is subsequently cancelled, refunded or charged back, CheqUp Health Limited reserves the right to deactivate the e-gift card or to deduct the value of any e-gift card already redeemed from any refund payable.

5. Redemption

a. To redeem the e-gift card, customers should enter the unique code provided in the E-Gift Card Code email at the checkout when purchasing eligible supplements or additional needles through their CheqUp account.

b. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep their e-gift card code secure. CheqUp Health Limited is not responsible for codes that are lost, stolen, deleted or used by a third party.

c. If a customer believes they qualify for the e-gift card but has not received it within 7 days of their order being shipped, they should contact CheqUp at [email protected].

6. Data Protection

a. Any personal data collected in connection with this offer will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. General

a. CheqUp Health Limited reserves the right to disqualify any customer it reasonably believes to be in breach of these terms or to be acting dishonestly or fraudulently in connection with this offer.

b. CheqUp Health Limited may withdraw, amend or suspend this offer at any time and without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control or to protect the integrity of the offer. Any such change will be communicated through the CheqUp website where reasonably practicable.

c. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

d. This offer is provided by CheqUp Health Limited, Turnpike House, Methuen Park, Bath Road, Chippenham, SN14 0GF.

e. By reactivating your subscription during the offer period, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
