Referral programme FAQs
How many referral credits can I use against my next order?
One referral credit can be applied to your next order giving you £50 off the total cost. Referral credits will need to be manually applied and will remain in your credit balance until they have been used, meaning if you have several you can apply one at each future order.
What costs can I use my referral credits against?
Referral credits can only be applied to your monthly subscription cost.
Can I use a referral credit and another discount together?
No, you can’t combine different discounts. Referral credits, promotional offers and other discounts can only be used one at a time. If there is an occasion where more than one discount is automatically added to your order, the higher value one will be applied.

Two referrals per month
Referral by Invite Only
The first purchase discount is only applicable to customers who have received a referral invite from a friend. The friend’s email address used in their order must match the one provided to us in the original referral. (We don’t use referral codes – if your friend enters the same email address as used in the referral then the discount will automatically be applied to their first order).
Product Eligibility
Referrals discounts are only applicable for orders of Wegovy and Mounjaro.
Discount Validity
The first purchase discount is valid for 60 days from the date the referral invite is sent.
Referral Notifications
The friend who referred you will be notified when you make a purchase, allowing them to track their eligible rewards.
Credit Allocation
Once your friend’s weight loss medication order is approved and dispatched, you’ll see the referral credit in your CheqUp Rewards dashboard.
Referral credits are applied in £50 increments.
Matching Emails
The email address used in the new customer’s order must match the email address provided by your friend to qualify for the referral discount.
Order Eligibility
Orders that are cancelled and then re-ordered with a referral discount will not qualify for the discount.
Non-Transferable Credits
Referral credits cannot be transferred to another customer.
No Cash Alternative
There is no cash alternative, even if we terminate the scheme.
Programme Misuse
If we believe the Rewards Programme is being misused or abused in any way, we reserve the right to suspend or end your participation.
Programme Changes
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the referral scheme (in part or entirely), change these terms, or alter the operation of the referral scheme, including varying or ending promotions at any time.
Notification of Changes
If we terminate the referral scheme or make changes, we will take reasonable steps to inform you of such changes.
