Weight loss medication works best when taken for a number of months; that's the way to sustainable weight loss and it's why the prescription is sold as a monthly renewal. However you can cancel or pause any time.

At the end of each month we contact you to let you know you're due for renewal and debit your payment card. However, we only process your next order with your express confirmation and after you've answered a few questions about how you've been feeling on the previous dose.
Completing these questions takes less than a minute in My Account and helps us ensure it's still safe for you and understand if you're ready for a dose adjustment.
Once we've checked how you've been feeling we will confirm your new dose and you can choose to increase, maintain or decrease your dose. If there's a difference between doses we'll only charge it after your approval.
Your request will be assessed quickly and we will dispatch your medication for delivery (next--business-day)
Crucially - you're in control. You can cancel or pause your subscription any time before your next renewal and we will never dispatch your order without your consent.
