This website is run by Chequp Health Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom at Clifton House, Bunnian Place, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 7JE with Companies House number 12570252.
CheqUp is committed to providing the highest standards of clinical care and technical excellence. This page explains what we do, the qualifications we hold and the partners we work with.
We provide weight management services to treat those with obesity (generally considered to be a BMI ≥30). We ask all clients to complete a health questionnaire to provide our prescribers with all the information required about your health so they can make an informed decision as to whether the medications we provide are suitable for you. In essence these are the same questions that a doctor would ask you if you were sat in their surgery.
In some cases, we may contact you directly to provide further information to allow us to be sure that the treatment will be safe and effective for you.
As part of this process we ask you to verify your ID in two ways - through a full-body selfie taken at the time of purchase and the provision of a recognised government-approved form of identification, such as a passport or driving licence.
All our weight management services are provided to adults only, aged 18 and above.
Our full terms and conditions can be found here.
We prescribe two types of medication - tirzepatide and semaglutide. Both work in the same way - by suppressing appetite. They have different molecules (semaglutide is a GLP-1 medication, tirzepatide is a double-action molecule of GLP-1 and GIP) which produce different degrees of weight loss.
Having completed our medical questionnaire, your medication is verified by a prescriber to ensure it is the most appropriate for you based on your health profile. Once approved, the medication is dispatched to you the same day in discreet, cold-chain packaging.
